* I understand the “Event” (in-person or virtual) for which I am registering may be photographed, streamed, and/or recorded. In consideration for my participation in the Event, I hereby grant the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (the “Bank”) permission to photograph, stream and record me at the Event, and authorize Bank to edit, copy, exhibit, use, display, publish, distribute, broadcast, perform, and prepare derivative works of the recording, which may include my voice and likeness, in any format now known or hereafter discovered (“Derivative Works”). I agree that my use of the web-conference service required to participate in the Event is at my own risk. I further release the Bank, its directors, agents, employees and officers, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses (“Claims”) arising out of or resulting from my participation in the Event, including but not limited to, claims arising out of the Bank’s use of any Derivative Work or resulting from my use of the web-conference service.
